The OP1 is Chris Christenson's essential small wave performance groveller that is designed to squeeze as much performance as possible from small to average sized waves. The OP1 features a flat rocker for easier paddling with a relatively wide outline to get plenty of volume into a compact shortboard, this maximises speed generation and means the OP1 can hold speed through flatter weaker sections.
- Construction: PU
- Fins: 3 fin thruster (fins not included)
- Rocker: Low rocker for easy paddling and wave catching
- Concaves: Subtle single to double concave with a vee concave in the back to loosen up the tail.
- Recommended waves: Small to average conditions where generating speed is a priority.
